Fuda Exclusive Patent - Reinforced Rib Clutch Cover Assembly Design

The reinforced rib clutch cover is a core technical feature of Fuda's products. It significantly enhances the bending and torsional stiffness of the clutch cover, effectively preventing deformation during clutch engagement and disengagement, and ensuring even force distribution and stable performance of the pressure plate.

The ribs are directly stamped for better structural integrity and higher reliability without wrinkling or deformation. They also enlarge the heat dissipation area, quickly dissipate friction heat, reduce thermal deformation and fatigue, and extend service life.

High-Temperature Resistance:

No warping, deformation or cracking under short-term or continuous high temperature, with stable friction coefficient and no performance degradation.
